Shed kit delivery
Your kit delivered. The unloading sorted.
Crane-truck delivery to the closest safe access point, confirmed for your property in your quote. Here’s what to plan before the truck arrives.
- Crane-truck unloading
- Address-specific delivery
- Written load check-off

Crane truck and equipment on site. Your delivery truck is confirmed for your job.
A clear plan, before the truck turns up.
Tell us about your property early so we can work through the access and delivery with you. If you are still comparing supply options, explore our engineered shed kits first.
- 01
Confirm the address
Kit delivery travels beyond our local Somerset build zone, with availability and cost confirmed for your address.
Where we deliver
Full builds stay close to home in the Somerset — that's how we keep one crew on one job. Kits travel further: across South-East Queensland and surrounds, confirmed on your quote for your actual address. Tell us where the shed's going and the delivery comes back priced for your place, not a postcode average.
- 02
Plan the access
Flag tight gates, soft ground, overhangs and difficult tracks while we’re quoting.
Access for the crane truck
You make sure the truck can get in. A rural driveway that takes a crane truck is all we need — if yours is tight, boggy, or gated, tell us on the quote and we'll plan the drop around it.
- 03
Unload & check off
Your kit arrives on a crane truck. We check the load against the bill of materials together.
What happens at the truck
By crane truck, every time. Your kit arrives on a crane truck — the rollformer's or our own — and is lifted off at the closest safe access point to the slab. Unloading isn't your job.
We check the load off together. Before anyone signs anything, the load is checked against the bill of materials — in writing. Anything short or damaged is on record from day one.
- 04
Store for the build
Keep the bundles dry and off the ground. Moving materials beyond the crane’s drop point is yours to arrange.
Handover, storage and reporting an issue
That signed check-off is the moment the kit becomes yours — it protects both of us. Please notify us in writing of any defects or shortages within seven days of delivery. Once delivered, the steel is in your care, and storage conditions are yours to manage — keep bundles off the ground and dry until the build. (Moving materials beyond the crane’s drop point is yours too — most customers stage bundles with a tractor as the build goes up.)
Check it together. Flag an issue early.
The written load check-off records the handover. Please notify us in writing of any defects or shortages within seven days of delivery, and keep bundles dry and off the ground until the build.
What to have ready at your place.
A few details now can make delivery day much simpler.
A clear route for the crane truck
Flag gates, overhangs, narrow tracks and soft or boggy ground before delivery. Tell us if the access may not suit a large truck so the closest safe drop point can be planned.
Your slab, if the shed is going on one
Have the slab poured and cured before delivery. Coordinate the concrete and build programme so the kit does not arrive before the site is ready.
Dry, raised storage for the bundles
Have somewhere dry and off the ground for the steel until construction. Plan how materials will be moved beyond the crane’s drop point as the build progresses.
A change in access or weather? Tell us.
Rural deliveries are rural deliveries. If the truck can't get in on the day — access not as described, weather, a bogged track — re-delivery and any recovery costs are chargeable, so it pays to be straight with us about access up front. We'd rather solve it on the quote than on your driveway.
Delivery questions, answered straight.
Who unloads the truck?
What if my track won't take a semi?
When do I pay the delivery-stage amount?
Let’s check delivery for your property.
Tell us your town and what you’re planning. We’ll work through the site details and confirm delivery in your quote.
